We believe our health clubs are quite simply world class. They include swimming pools, spas and saunas, with large spacious workout areas and heaps of the very latest equipment - so you'll never have to queue to get on your favourite machine. We offer hundreds of group exercise classes every week, in every club and we're always introducing fun new ways to workout.
Our smiley staff are there to support and motivate you to achieve your goals. We offer all members a free one-on-one session with a trainer when they start, plus the option of free catch-up sessions every 6-8 weeks to keep you on track.
